Warranty: 
All of our car audio products have two years warranty, and we will offer 1%~2% spare parts together with the order. 

The warranty dose not apply to damage or failure caused by: 
--Accient, neglect, abuse or acts of force majeure; 
--Unauthorized repair or modification of the product; 
--Failture to install or use the product in accordance with the instruction or use of this product other than for its intended purpose.

1. Question: How's the quality and aim level of the products IPPEC?
Answer: IPPEC only supply high end level products with high quality. Low end level products are not allowed to offer to our customers.

2. Question: How to become IPPEC’s distributor/agent in certain market?
Answer: We have already exclusive agents In some markets. But we are still searching for cooperative business partners in the other markets. We are welcome to receive your inquiry to IPPEC for details of agency arrangement.
